I honestly had major doubts of a battery operated trimmer and blower but after several uses, I m truly a believer First off it must be realized that the battery has some limitations. I get 20-30 minutes of use and it takes about 4 hours to fully charge. So, given those parameters this trimmer and blower can t be expected to trim a pasture but for smaller areas it is ideal. The trimmer can aggressively whack weeds and grasses and the blower, with two power settings, will easily clear sidewalks and driveways. I wish the batteries were lower in price so I could extend my productive time but with the two supplied batteries, I am able to do quite a bit of my front yard and driveway. I m very pleased with this set and I recommend it to anyone who wants a neat, convenient trimmer and blower. No gas and no ear shattering engine noise.
