Burned up in the first 3 min of use after charging the battery overnight as instructed. Not even tall grass, motor smoked and died. Five stars for excellent customer service, called the day of the incident Sunday to my surprise and a very concerned operator emailed the return label 5 min later, got a full refund. It s nice to do business with really great company s. Any product can have a lemon, I drew the short straw. I do own the Worx WG255.1 20V PowerShare 20 Cordless Electric Hedge Trimmer and it is the best cordless trimmer I have ever used.
