I bought this product two days ago and was excited to get my first Shark product I ve heard they compete well with Dyson . Immediately after assembly, I find that the power button does not stay down. As soon as I let go of the power button, the vacuum turns off. I called the support number on the enclosed card that paraphrased says Please don t return the product, let us help you
