Ive seen some negative reviews and as for the one who took 10 pulls to start all u gotta do is prime the primer bulb about 10 times push the choke in and pull mine starts within the first 3 pulls everytime i love it ive had expensive trimmers echo stihl all of em and i wouldnt trade this one for any of em the only small down side is the fuel tank could be a little bigger but again i love this trimmer so much
