Chainsaw worked cutting branches ok, chain comes off a lot no matter the tension. My biggest complaint is the oil reserve tanks leak oil everywhere no matter how you store it. I returned one saw already and thinking about returning the other. You cannot store it with oil in the tank or it will leak everywhere. Even after emptying the tank residual oil left still leaks all over. I tried to store it upright, flat, on side and both saws just leak, leak, and leak oil all over wall, workbench, and floor. I cleaned it very well after each uses but the oil tank must be of material that cannot hold oil. Stay away from this model or you will be cleaning up oil leaks everywhere.
