First of all Amazon offers this product from a handful of different sellers. I paid about 10 extra by shopping from Explorer than the least expensive Seller. But I did that because Explorer Electric has a 30-day return for any reason no questions asked policy. I love that. For 10 less I could have gotten it from a Seller with a policy that charges a 25 percent restocking fee - which I found prohibitively expensive. First day I got my unit I emailed Explorer with a technical question. They phoned me and emailed me within the same afternoon with helpful answers. In my experience that kind of superior service is hard to find, and well worth 10 to me when purchasing a product that costs 135.
