This product worked great the first time I used it. Unfortunately, I think it s a design flaw there are two heads that, through the force of their two 180 degrees placement from each other hitting the ground, are supposed to spin both heads and thus clean the 12 in diameter surface area evenly. Unfortunately, the two heads periodically stop spinning for no explicable reason.
