Christopher: Works, slightly different possible mods needed.

Got it in last night. My trailer is a 50amp that used a parrallex 500 series mode 555. I pulled out the old one which has 5 wires 1 small black and 1 small white which hook up to the breaker. Then 2 large red wires for positive and 1 large white wire for ground. This new one i brought came with 6 wires the difference was that instead of red wires they are blue and it comes with 2 large white ground wires. So be aware of the change. Even though this also a 500 series charger converter it is much smaller then the origional and didnt fit the casing screw holes so i had to modify by making new screw holes for the mounting plates. Made sure power was off to the whole trailer and unhooked the battery. Pulled out the old one put in the new one. Turned on the power and i believe it works. My batteries are holding a charge now. Only concern is that the converter charger fan is on all the time now..i know i is working..i just hope it isnt boiling my batteries. I will update if any issues arise in the next couple of months so far so good. It is nice to not have to hook up my battery to a battery charger in my garage. By the way i am hooked up to shore power all the time, and have been for the last 2 and a half years.
