This rating is an alert to let people know that they are being sold a refurbished item with obvious signs of wear and tear in the guise of brand new.Shame on the seller for not stating that anywhere in original description.As far as the tiller goes its not a bad performer except the safety kill switch s flawed design renders it unusable for most practical purposes.
