Very nice build quality from what I can tell so far. Great tilting feature but difficult to handle when angled due to torque from the weight of the cutting head. The main feature that sold me was that the pole feature means no more climbing a ladder on uneven ground to top off my six feet tall hedges. Just received the pole extension but I doubt that I can manage using it with the trimmer. The extension will mostly be used with the chain saw attachment. Top quality equipment.
