Amazon Customer: Nice little machine don t buy refurbished

I really like the machine. I live in a desert so the fact that it only uses 1.25 gallons per minute is a big plus. However, we bought a certified refurbished machine and it arrived with a broken wheel and the connection between the hose and the machine leaks profusely and nothing I ve tried to fix it works. I think it s because my hose has a brass male fitting and the Karcher has a plastic female connection. Anyway, it doesn t seem to impair the PSI when I m using it it just wastes water leaking and soaks the cats and the operator me
