I was told to empty this after every use and to remove the filter in order to do this. There is no way it is letting me remove the filter. Also it said if it was going to sit idle for a while to remove the battery and I can t remove the battery either. I am pushing the button to remove the battery but it won t budge. HELP Consequently I am not a happy consumer of this product. I would have given it a one star except it does seem to pick up well. 2 17 2020 - I wanted to give an uptake to my review of this product. This company s customer service is SUPERB After reading about my situation they got in touch with me by email and said they would replace the item for me which they did and I received the replacement today. I haven t tried it yet but didn t want another day to go by without commending them for their excellent customer service.
