eufy RobovacThis is an update to a review I wrote the other day. eufy thought the review was negative and contacted me. They apparently are serious and genuine customer service oriented company. They laid out how their unit works relative to my comments and to my satisfaction. My comments were based on only two usages, with my final comment being we ll see . So here are some points I did not include in my first review. The packaging was great. The manuals quick start and regular were easy to read and understand and made assembly take about 2 minutes. Once charged, the unit worked great. So far so good. I thank eufy for their kind, and courteous response...............JC
