Li: Poor after sale service

My husband purchased this for me as he knows I m very particular when it comes to cleaning and this is supposedly the best handheld vacuum on the market. First time I used it, the battery went flat after only a few uses. I charged it fully but still, it doesn t last very long when using the max function. After only a few weeks of use, it s started intermittently switching on and off, so like a pulse vacuum Anyway, we cleaned the filter yet it didn t solve the problem. In fact, if stopped working all together. I contacted the seller and they said I could return but that they wouldn t pay for the shipping. 100 to send the vacuum back to them in NY. Half of what it cost Very disappointed and will not purchase from them again.
