10 10the vacuum came in great double packaging to preserve the status of the box and all the pieces i side. it is fairly simple to start using it immediately, but the manual also explains well with pictures. it cleans so effortlessly and well all around. i love that its space efficient and charges fast as well. the fact that i can change the parts around for whatever use i want it great
