Sails: The blow gun failed during chuck assembly due to poor design thin wall and and low strength material

Output pressure regulator knob could not be turned CCW, to reduce pressure, by hand or with channel lock wrench using reasonalle force. The blow gun failed during chuck assembly due to poor design thin wall and and low strength material. Junk equipment.
