Built into its durable, reliable design, this compressor features
– A precision-balanced, solid cast iron crankshaft with Timken-Style stainless steel roller bearings on the front and rear.
– Removable cast iron cylinders.
– Top quality compression and oil rings.
– Precision ground pistons machined to right tolerances to ensure low oil carry-over.
– Premium non-absorbent gaskets to prevent oil seepage from pump.
With top-quality pressure switches and 100 brass check valves with Teflon Seating, the tank noise is significantly reduced a.k.a., super quiet when running because of the material insulation for when valves are opening and closing during the compression stage .
Pump RPM is a very critical factor in both performance and longevity. For that reason alone, this pump is over-sized and runs at lower RPMs than most manufacturers. It can still yield a high CFM output because both our bore and stroke are bigger.
